Our friendly and knowledgeable team is here to assist with any questions you may have. Our team of hospitality professionals are available by phone Monday - Thursday 8am to 6:30pm, Friday 8am to 8pm, Saturday 8am to 4pm & Sunday 8am to 3pm EST (Eastern Standard Time).
- Unless specified otherwise, all rates are quotesd in US Dollars (USD).
- All reservations are prepaid. Prices and room availability are not guaranteed until full payment is received.
- Check-in Time: 4:00PM
- Check-out Time: 10:00AM
Arrival Information for Standard 3 and 4 Bedroom Townhomes
A $15.00 Daily Resort Fee, plus tax, may be charged at the resort for use of the facilities. This fee is not included on any reservation booked with Regal Oaks by TGM
There is no check-in facility at Regal Oaks Resort for Standard Townhomes. Seven days prior to your arrival date, you will receive an emailed Check-In Registration Form. Please complete the form and return it via fax to 407-264-8109 or email to email@example.com
Once the completed form is returned, you will then receive an email with the unit address and a lock box code, as well as contact information for the Property Management Team. You may go directly to the unit when you arrive, Check in is no earlier than 4pm.
Accidental Damage Waiver
This waiver will cover minor accidental damages reported to the property up to a maximum of USD 1,500.00. The cost is USD 49.00 + tax for all stays in standard units only. Any unreported or malicious damages will be charged to the credit card provided for your reservation. Please note, there are no refunds for no shows or early departures.
Canceling or Changing Your Stay
Please Call +1 (866) 440 8014. Changes to your reservation may result in additional fees. At the sole discretion of Travel Group Marketing refunds may be given due to extenuating circumstances. No refunds for unused nights, including those resulting from delayed check-in or early check-out, will be given.
Please note that your Credit Card charge will appear as Travel Group Marketing
If you experience an issue during your trip, you must call us immediately so that we can assist you in resolving your problem. Any portion of your trip that has been used is non-refundable. We are not responsible for any modifications you make to your trip without our assistance.
